It might not sound important, but some of those oddities can cause crashing. The updated unofficial patch is also good to have as it fixes a lot of weird gameplay oddities. Dont use the Fallout Stutter Remover as it is deprecated at this point. The Fallout 3 Tick Fix is essential in my honest opinion. Just use the Fallout3.exe as usual, this is great because before you had to use elaborate ways to get FOSE to play nice with the Steam overlay. (Anniversary Patcher makes it so you don't need to use the FOSE.exe anymore. You would then launch Fallout 3 with the Fallout 3 Script Extender executable (FOSE.exe). The aforementioned Fallout Script Extender is a necessity as it supports many of the stability mods and more advanced mods that require additional scripting. It's compatible with Fallout 3, New Vegas, Fallout 4 and all the Elder Scroll games going back to Morrowind.

Its the Skyrim modding page, but thats just where Mod Organizer 2 is hosted. If you are interested, you can find it here. It might seem a little daunting, but it's superior to Vortex and Fallout Mod Manager in my opinion. Also, it enables other nice features like profiles, so you can have a modded profile for total conversion mods that are separate from your normal game. I like the layout and especially like how it very easily shows what textures and meshes are overwriting each other and you can click and drag files to overwrite things on the fly.

So you actually have to get another mod to downgrade the game to the previous patch to enable the script extender. As in, if you try and use the latest Fallout 3 Script Extender with the latest Fallout 3 patch, you will get crashing. The newest version of Fallout 3 on Steam actually made the game worse to mod.
